The Tempo Club

We are changing the weightlifting game.

Each workout is intentionally paired with music to drive mind body connection and teamwork. 


We'll teach you how to mindfully move your body by being intentional about your form, mobility, and stability. In each class we focus on properly warming up your muscles, lifting heavier weights, and moving together.

Tap into the energy of the Tempo Club community. Surround yourself with people who will lift you up and cheer you on. 

In Person Classes

Tempo is a 45 minute mat based class programmed to the beat of the music. You'll use heavy weights as well as bands to strengthen your body and focus on stability training.
